SAINT-GOBAIN sells Nordic Distributors to KESKO

Europe: Saint-Gobain has signed an agreement to sell its specialist distribution operations under the Dahl brand in Sweden, Norway and Denmark to Kesko. The business focuses on the distribution of plumbing, sanitary and heating products across the Nordic region and operates through around 190 outlets. The business generated about US$2.2 billion in sales during 2025. The transaction is valued at US$1.32 billion and is expected to be completed in early 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and employee consultation procedures.
