Spain: Roca Group has acquired a majority stake in Italian luxury bathroom furniture brand Antonio Lupi Design through its premium subsidiary Laufen. This move aligns with Roca’s strategy to expand internationally, following recent developments including a EUR 70 million investment in Kazakhstan and the acquisition of Australian company Phoenix.
Antonio Lupi, based in Stabbia, Tuscany, was founded in 1950 and is renowned for combining artisanal craftsmanship with innovation. The company, with 100 employees and a 2024 turnover of EUR 42 million operates in over 80 countries. The brand will maintain operational independence under the founding family's leadership, while leveraging Roca Group’s global presence for further expansion.
