Rehsler Kühlsysteme Merges with MTA Germany, Lindau Site to Focus on Engineered Solutions

Germany: On July 23, 2025, Rehsler Kühlsysteme merged with MTA Germany and will now operate under the MTA brand, with the Lindau location retained as a subsidiary specializing in customer-specific system solutions. This follows MTA Holding’s acquisition of Rehsler in 2022 and Trane Technologies’ acquisition of the MTA Group in 2023. The Lindau site will focus on engineered cooling and heating systems, including chillers, heat pumps, and free coolers, along with sales, system planning, rental refrigeration, and service offerings. MTA produces over 15,000 units annually in its Italian facilities, operates in more than 80 countries with 500 employees, and in Germany serves customers through branches in Lindau and Nettetal, supported by an 80-member sales and service team.
