RBM Enters US Market Through Messana Acquisition

USA: RBM Group has entered the United States market through the acquisition of Messana Inc., which has been renamed RBM More Inc. The transaction establishes the company’s direct presence in North America and forms part of its international expansion. Messana, based in the United States, is involved in the design and supply of hydronic radiant systems for heating and cooling, including radiant ceiling solutions and HVAC control systems. As part of the new structure, Hydronica Inc. and a joint venture with MControls S.r.l. are also integrated, bringing together capabilities across system design, installation and control technologies.

The combined structure expands RBM’s activities across the value chain, covering engineering, installation and system management. The integration of these entities is intended to support the development of a broader product and service offering for heating and cooling applications. The move reflects the company’s focus on strengthening its position in international markets through local presence and consolidated operational capabilities.
