UNITED KINGDOM: Nordic Climate Group has strengthened its position in the UK market through the acquisition of Manchester-based Kool It Services Ltd, a provider of cooling and heating installation, service and maintenance solutions for commercial buildings. Founded in 1972, Kool It has built a strong regional presence through long-standing customer relationships, technical expertise and a reputation for quality service. The company employs 19 people and serves sectors including offices, retail, healthcare and food & beverage. Kool It will continue operating under its existing brand and management team. The acquisition expands Nordic Climate Group’s footprint in Northern England and enhances its capabilities in energy-efficient cooling, heating, service and maintenance solutions.
