NBCC Floats USD 1.13 Billion in Tenders to Complete 16 Stalled Supertech Housing Projects

India: NBCC (India) Limited has floated 25 tenders worth USD1.13 billion (INR 96,203.3 million) to complete 16 stalled Supertech housing projects across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Karnataka, covering 50,962 homes, of which 39,870 were sold, 24,871 handed over and 14,999 remain undelivered. Appointed project management consultant by NCLAT in December 2024, NBCC’s mandate was upheld by the Supreme Court in February 2026; completing sold apartments requires an estimated USD 199 million (INR 17,000 million), against receivables of USD 258 million (INR 22,000 million).
