UAE: Abu Dhabi is entering a major growth phase in branded residences, with 31 projects, including 5 completed and 26 in the pipeline, making it the sixth-largest city market globally and its pipeline joint third with Cairo. According to Global Branded Residences’ The Brand Standard, 92% of Abu Dhabi’s pipeline and 83% of its total market are standalone developments, compared with 37% globally, while branded residences globally average a 44% price premium over non-branded residential products. MENA has 426 projects, including 118 completed and 308 in the pipeline, accounting for more than 27% of the global pipeline, with the UAE leading the region at 260 projects, followed by Saudi Arabia with 60 and Egypt with 46.
