CANADA: The Master Group, a leading North American distributor of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies, has completed the acquisition of Distributor Corporation of New England (DCNE), a long-established Carrier distributor that has served the eastern New England region—including Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island—for more than six decades.
The acquisition aligns with Master Group’s strategy to expand its footprint in the United States while strengthening its presence in the Northeastern U.S., a mature HVAC market with consistent demand across both residential and commercial sectors.
Following the acquisition, DCNE customers will continue to receive support from the experienced team they have relied on for years while benefiting from Master Group’s expanded scale, resources, and distribution network. The transaction also strengthens Master Group’s ability to provide contractors with a broader product portfolio, wider geographic coverage, and an enhanced commitment to service excellence.
