Masco Reports Lower 2025 Sales and Issues 2026 Earnings Outlook

United States: Masco Corporation reported fourth-quarter 2025 net sales of USD 1.79 billion (EUR 1.65 billion), down 2% year-on-year. Full-year 2025 net sales fell 3% to USD 7.56 billion (EUR 6.96 billion). Plumbing Products recorded sales growth in both the quarter and the full year, while Decorative Architectural Products reported a decline. The company said fourth-quarter adjusted earnings per share declined to USD 0.82 (EUR 0.75), while full-year adjusted earnings per share fell to USD 3.96 (EUR 3.64).


Masco reported liquidity of USD 1.65 billion (EUR 1.52 billion) at the end of the quarter and said it returned USD 832 million (EUR 766 million) to shareholders in 2025 through dividends and share repurchases. The company also said it began restructuring actions in late 2025, recording charges of USD 18 million (EUR 17 million) in the fourth quarter and expecting further charges of around USD 50 million (EUR 46 million) in 2026. For 2026, Masco forecast adjusted earnings per share in the range of USD 4.10 to USD 4.30 (EUR 3.77 to EUR 3.96).
