Johnson Controls International Reports Strong Q2 2026 Performance and Raises Full-Year Outlook

IRELAND: Johnson Controls International plc reported strong fiscal Q2 2026 results, supported by rising demand for HVAC, data centre and energy-efficiency solutions. Quarterly sales increased 8% to USD 6.1 billion, while organic sales grew 6%. Adjusted EPS rose to USD 1.19 from USD 0.82 a year earlier, and orders increased 30% organically. The company’s backlog reached a record USD 20 billion, up 26% year-on-year, driven largely by large-scale data centre projects. Johnson Controls also raised its FY2026 guidance, expecting around 6% organic sales growth and adjusted EPS of approximately USD 4.85, reflecting continued operational momentum and profitability improvements.
