Johnson Controls Acquires Password Services to Enhance HVAC Capabilities in the UK
UK: Johnson Controls has acquired Password Services (Holdings) Limited, including Password Services (Air Conditioning) Limited, a Midlands-based specialist HVAC service and solutions provider. Established over 25 years ago, Password Services has been a distributor and partner of Johnson Controls' YORK equipment brand for more than two decades, particularly excelling in rooftop air conditioning within the hospitality sector.
The acquisition is set to enhance Johnson Controls’ overall HVAC capabilities and expand its operations in the UK, adding specialized expertise in serving the hospitality industry. Password Services will continue to operate as usual in the short term, while Johnson Controls integrates the business into its UK platform. The current owners, along with the full team at Password Services, will remain with the business as it transitions into the Johnson Controls family.
