Hollenbach Oakley to Expand Midea America's Facility in Louisville

USA: The Louisville-based commercial real estate firm Hollenbach Oakley announced plans to significantly expand Midea America's presence at its facility in Blankenbaker Station, increasing its size nearly fivefold. This project is expected to create 110 new jobs.

Midea America, headquartered in New Jersey with a research and development center in Louisville, plans to invest USD 35.6 million to expand its office and lab space at the 600-acre business park. The expanded facility will be located at 2700 Chestnut Station Court, part of the Phase III Blankenbaker Station project. Design plans are already in place, with groundbreaking scheduled for late 2024. In 2023, Midea posted revenue of approximately USD 52 billion U.S. dollars (372 billion yuan).
