Hitachi and Nojima Name New Home Appliance Company KADENOVA
JAPAN: Hitachi Global Life Solutions has announced that its new home appliance company, established through a strategic partnership with Japan’s Nojima Corporation, will be named KADENOVA Corporation. Mikio Yamada, currently an executive managing director at Hitachi GLS, has been selected as its representative director. The company aims to begin operations during the fiscal year ending March 2027, subject to regulatory clearances and completion of share transfers. KADENOVA plans to integrate Hitachi-branded appliance businesses in Japan and overseas, strengthen customer responsiveness and drive sustainable growth. It will continue manufacturing, selling and servicing appliances under the Hitachi brand through a licensing agreement.
