HIL to Acquire Pipes and Fittings Brand Topline for $32 Million

HIL Ltd, a subsidiary of the USD 2.9 billion CK Birla Group, and Crestia Polytech have reached a $32 million agreement for the purchase of Topline, a well-known brand of pipes and fittings in Eastern India, as well as Crestia's four wholly owned subsidiaries: Aditya Polytechnic, Sainath Polymers, and Topline Industries. Crestia and its subsidiaries are major participants in the pipes, fittings, and water tank industry, with Topline, Rockwell, and Soniplast as their three flagship brands.
