Grohe Appoints Thomas Schachner as New Head of LIXIL Europe

EUROPE: Grohe has announced the appointment of Thomas Schachner as the new leader of LIXIL Europe, effective April 1.

With over 15 years of experience at Grohe, Schachner has held several senior positions, including leading the business in Eastern Europe and overseeing supply chain management for the EMENA region. Grohe believes his extensive knowledge of the company’s operations and strong industry network will drive further success in the European market.

Schachner’s appointment allows Bijoy Mohan, who has served as interim leader for the region since August 2023, to resume his full-time role as head of LIXIL International. Mohan had taken on the European leadership following the departure of former regional head, Jonas Brennwald.
