Grant Invests US$9.3 Million to Expand Irish Manufacturing and Heat Pump Solutions

IRELAND: Sustainable home heating manufacturer Grant has announced a US$9.3 million investment in its Irish manufacturing operations, expanding production capacity and introducing a new Quick Recovery hot water cylinder range. Manufactured at the company’s headquarters in Birr, Co. Offaly, the cylinders are designed to work with Grant’s Aerona R290 air source heat pump, providing an integrated low-carbon heating solution. The investment supports rising demand for heat pumps driven by climate targets, stricter building regulations and retrofit programmes. Grant said, “We are seeing a clear shift in Ireland and across our wider markets towards sustainable heating technologies.” The expansion strengthens the company’s manufacturing capabilities and position in the growing global low-carbon heating market.
