General Plumbing Supply Acquires Another Distributor to Expand its Network in New York

USA: General Plumbing Supply Inc. (GPS) has announced the acquisition of Consolidated Plumbing Supply Inc. (CPS), which is a 100-year-old Kohler distributor with a 45,000 sq. ft. facility, including a 3,500 sq. ft. showroom. CPS is a fourth-generation, family-owned distributor of plumbing and heating supplies in New York. The acquisition is aimed at further expansion of GPS in New York and increasing the reach of its key brands such as Kohler, Luxaire HVAC, Rheem water heaters. The acquisition is effective from July 19, 2024.
