Geberit Reports 5.9% Currency-Adjusted Sales Growth in H1 2026

Global: Geberit reported net sales of CHF 1.71 billion (USD 2.16 billion) in the first half of 2026, up 5.9% on a currency-adjusted basis and 2.8% in Swiss francs. EBITDA increased 3.0% to CHF 529 million (USD 668 million), while the EBITDA margin stood at 30.9%. Currency-adjusted sales growth was recorded across most European markets, with Eastern Europe increasing 11.8%, Switzerland 9.7%, Italy 6.9%, Benelux 6.7%, Northern Europe 6.1%, Austria 6.0% and Germany 3.6%. Western Europe declined 0.4%, reflecting weaker market conditions in France and the UK and Ireland. Outside Europe, sales increased 18.9% in the Middle East and Africa and 6.5% in the Far East and Pacific, while the Americas declined 5.0%. Geberit expects currency-adjusted net sales growth of 5–6% for full-year 2026, with the EBITDA margin expected to remain around the previous year's level.
