FM Mattsson Group Acquires UK Brassware Supplier Bristan

UK: FM Mattsson Group has agreed to acquire UK brassware supplier Bristan Group Limited from Masco for GBP 49 million (USD 66.4 million). Bristan Group, which includes the Bristan and Heritage Bathrooms brands, employs around 280 people and reported revenue of GBP 63 million (USD 85.4 million). Following completion of the transaction, Bristan will continue operating as a separate brand-led business under its existing management team and will become part of FM Mattsson Group's UK and Ireland operations alongside Aqualla.
The acquisition expands FM Mattsson Group's presence in the UK bathroom and kitchen products market and broadens its geographical footprint. Bristan supplies installers, specifiers, wholesalers, DIY retailers and online channels across the UK. FM Mattsson Group generated sales of SEK 2 billion (USD 188 million) during 2025 across its operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Benelux, the UK, Germany and Italy. The transaction is expected to support the Group's activities across retail, professional and commercial project channels in the UK.
