India: Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited approved the acquisition of 38,673 additional equity shares in Advantek Air Systems Private Limited for USD 0.30 million, to be completed by March 15, 2026, strengthening its air-conditioning portfolio; Advantek reported FY 2024-25 turnover of USD 3.08 million, up from USD 2.64 million and USD 2.62 million in the previous two years, with paid-up capital of USD 0.03 million. The board also approved a preferential issue of 1,24,440 shares at USD 3.71 per share, raising USD 0.47 million for business operations, allotted to non-promoter Mr. Raveendra Shetty, who will hold 1.00% post-allotment, subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
The company reported consolidated January 2026 orders of USD 3.85 million, led by pharma and renewable energy, with contributions from cleanroom partitions and HVAC systems (USD 1.33 million). As of January 31, 2026, the consolidated order book stood at USD 30.88 million, dominated by renewable energy (USD 17.80 million) and pharma (USD 6.54 million), while the active pipeline totalled USD 62.55 million, led by renewable energy (USD 36.79 million) and pharma (USD 25.14 million), underscoring diversified growth across pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, semiconductors, data centres and other industries.
