Do it Best Group has continued to make progress in integrating True Value, which it acquired in late 2024, with initiatives focused on product alignment, procurement efficiencies and optimisation of its distribution network.

As part of the integration, the company has achieved 92% SKU alignment between the Do it Best and True Value businesses following a review of more than 50,000 products across both operations. The company has also completed more than 100 product line reviews since January, with the initiative improving cost of goods by approximately 9%–12% in certain categories.

Do it Best is also continuing to optimise its distribution footprint to eliminate overlapping infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. The company plans to close its Springfield, Oregon, and Kingman, Arizona, distribution facilities before the end of 2026, with the operations currently served by these locations expected to transition to larger facilities in Woodburn, Oregon, and Mesquite, Nevada. This follows the company's plans to close its Montgomery, New York, facility in Q2 2027.

The measures form part of a broader integration strategy aimed at eliminating duplicate infrastructure, improving productivity and lowering logistics costs following the True Value acquisition. According to the company, these initiatives have already eliminated more than $250 million in future lease obligations, strengthening its financial position and capacity to deliver value to its members.
