Daikin Holdings Singapore announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Delta Electronics to jointly develop next-generation Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) solutions for AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data centres across the ASEAN and Oceania regions. The collaboration combines Daikin’s long-standing expertise in facility-level cooling and thermal management with Delta’s advanced capabilities in server-side liquid cooling and CDU technologies to create integrated end-to-end cooling solutions for modern data centres. The partnership aims to support increasingly high rack power densities through scalable and modular cooling technologies, including Delta’s in-rack and in-row CDU systems. According to Daikin, the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to innovation, sustainability, and reliability, while enabling comprehensive thermal management solutions that extend from overall facility infrastructure to server and chip-level cooling applications.
