UK: Carysil Ltd.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Carysil UK Ltd., is set to acquire the remaining 30% equity shares of Carysil Brassware Ltd., a Yorkshire-based company, for US$ 463,000. This acquisition is intended to strengthen Carysil’s capabilities in tap design and marketing, particularly within the kitchen and bath segments. According to an exchange filing, the deal qualifies as a related party transaction. With this purchase, Carysil UK will obtain full ownership, holding a 100% stake in Carysil Brassware. Carysil Brassware, a private company registered in England and Wales, specializes in designing and sourcing bathroom and kitchen products, including 'Instant Boiling Water Taps,' which are then packaged and marketed to the industry.
