British Gas and NIBE Energy Systems Partner to Strengthen Heat Pump Service Network

UK: British Gas has formed a strategic partnership with NIBE Energy Systems UK to enhance the service network for NIBE heat pumps. With over 40000 NIBE heat pumps already installed across the UK and demand for maintenance increasing, British Gas will become an approved NIBE service partner to expand support for customers and installers. NIBE will provide training to British Gas engineers, equipping them with the expertise to service and maintain NIBE heat pumps. This collaboration aims to improve response times for servicing, increase geographical coverage, and enhance the availability of spare parts.
