Bradford White Acquires Heat-flo

USA: Bradford White Corporation, a manufacturer of water heaters, boilers, and storage tanks, announced the acquisition of Heat-flo, a provider of stainless-steel indirect water-heating and hydronic storage tanks for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

This acquisition expands Bradford White's portfolio to include a wide range of indirect water-heating solutions, addressing the evolving needs of its customers. Heat-flo offers solutions such as multi-energy/solar and electric-based water heating systems, as well as hydronic and radiant heating applications. Operations at Heat-flo will continue at the Uxbridge, Massachusetts factory.
