JAPAN: Bosch Home Comfort Group, the HVAC division of Robert Bosch GmbH, and Hitachi Group have entered into a strategic collaboration to develop intelligent building management solutions through “HMAX for Buildings.” Combining Bosch’s expertise in commercial HVAC systems with Hitachi’s advanced AI and IoT capabilities, the partnership aims to enhance the performance, efficiency, and lifecycle value of HVAC assets in mission-critical facilities such as offices, commercial complexes, universities, hospitals, and manufacturing plants.
As part of the collaboration, Bosch’s HVAC equipment management and visualization platform, airCloud Pro, will be integrated with Hitachi’s exiida solution under the BuilMirai platform. This integration will enable advanced building operations through remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and energy management capabilities. By connecting HVAC equipment with digital services, the partnership seeks to optimize maintenance costs, minimize operational downtime, reduce energy consumption, and maximize the long-term value of building assets while supporting global business expansion.
