BNW Developments Plans Construction Partnership in Ras Al Khaimah

UAE: BNW Developments has announced a proposed construction partnership valued at AED 1 billion (USD 272 million/EUR 250 million) with China Railway No. 4 Engineering Group Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited. The collaboration is intended to support BNW’s upcoming development projects in Ras Al Khaimah, following progress on enabling and foundation works across its existing portfolio. The partnership is expected to focus on scaling construction activity through the use of international engineering and project delivery frameworks.
China Railway No. 4 Engineering Group Co. Ltd. operates in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects across multiple international markets. BNW Developments stated that the proposed partnership forms part of a broader execution-focused strategy, alongside other construction alliances under consideration. BNW currently reports a development pipeline with a gross development value exceeding AED 32 billion (USD 8.7 billion/EUR 8.0 billion), covering several residential and mixed-use projects across the United Arab Emirates.
