Aqualux, Leicestershire Showering Products Firm, at Risk of Dissolution
UK: Aqualux, a Leicestershire-based manufacturer and supplier of shower products, is facing a troubled future after filing a notice of intention to appoint administrators through law firm Fieldfisher. The move protects Aqualux from creditor action for two weeks. The company, which was founded in 1979, also faces a compulsory strike-off notice, requiring it to prove within two months that it should not be dissolved. Many of Aqualux's products are currently listed as "out of stock" on its website. In its most recent accounts up to June, Aqualux reported financial losses and expressed "materiality uncertainty" that casts doubt on its ability to continue operating.
