Villeroy & Boch Reports 33.2% Revenue Growth in Q1 2025 Following Ideal Standard Acquisition

Germany: Villeroy & Boch recorded a 33.2% year-on-year increase in revenue in the first quarter of 2025, reaching EUR 369.1 million. The rise is attributed primarily to the acquisition of Ideal Standard, which aligns with the Group’s strategy to expand its presence across international markets, distribution channels, and product segments. Significant growth was observed in the EMEA region, with the fittings segment contributing notably. Operating EBIT rose by 4.3% to EUR 24.1 million. The integration of Ideal Standard supported continued business development and reinforced the Group’s market position in growth-focused project business markets across the Near Middle East and core Europe.

The Bathroom & Wellness Division generated EUR 295.5 million in revenue, reflecting a 44.8% increase from the previous year. Sales growth was led by fittings (EUR +44.8 million) and sanitary ware (EUR +30.8 million), particularly in Europe and the Near Middle East. Operating profit for the division rose by 14.9% to EUR 20.0 million.  Source: Villeroy & Boch
