Victorian Plumbing CEO to Step Down as Company Acquires Sovereign Transport Services

UK: Victorian Plumbing has announced that its founder and CEO, Mark Radcliffe, will step down from his role with effect from 31 March and will remain on the board as a non-executive founder director. Stephnie Judge, currently the group’s managing director, will succeed him as chief executive from 1 April. The company stated that the two “will continue to work closely together to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.” Judge joined Victorian Plumbing in 2013 and, after several promotions, was appointed group managing director in 2020.
The company also reported that the momentum recorded in the first quarter of the financial year continued into the second quarter. Revenue for the first 21 weeks of FY26 increased by nine per cent, supported by growth in order volumes across all categories, while margins remained at historic levels. Victorian Plumbing stated that it remains on track to achieve FY26 revenue and adjusted pre-tax profit in line with market expectations of GBP 329.5 million (EUR 385.5 million) and GBP 21.9 million (EUR 25.6 million), respectively. The company also announced the acquisition of Sovereign Transport Services, a transport services business based in Merseyside, for GBP 3.4 million (EUR 4 million). The business provides haulage services to the group and to several goods-based businesses in the North of England.
