Vector Building Products Expands National Platform with Acquisition of Prestige Distribution

USA: Vector Building Products, a specialty building products distribution platform serving the non-residential construction market across North America, has acquired Prestige Distribution, LLC., a distributor headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, with additional operations in Dallas, Texas.
Founded in 2004, Prestige provides Division 10 and other commercial specialty products, offering design, distribution, project management, and installation services to customers across the US. The acquisition strengthens Vector’s geographic presence while expanding its product portfolio and supporting its strategy of partnering with established Division 10 distributors.
Prestige’s market expertise, technical capabilities, and established customer relationships are expected to complement Vector’s existing operations and strengthen its position in the specialty building products distribution market. Following the acquisition, Adi Klinghofer, co-owner of Prestige Distribution, will become Chief Operating Officer of Vector Building Products.
