Valley Air Acquires Excel Heating & Cooling in Virginia
United States (Virginia): Valley Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has acquired Excel Heating & Cooling, a well-established HVAC contractor in Mount Crawford, Virginia, within the Shenandoah Valley. This acquisition, marking Valley Air's 10th anniversary, aims to enhance the company's capacity to serve a wider customer base across the region. According to the press release, the acquisition will increase Valley Air's resources, adding more technicians, installers, and office staff. While both company vehicles may be seen in the field during the transition, the ultimate goal is to operate under the Valley Air brand. Owners Chris and Sabrina Lancaster stated, "We purchased Excel Heating & Cooling to better serve the Valley with an expanded service area, added resources, technicians, installers, office staff, and as always, excellent customer service!"
