Tropicana Corp Signs First Residential Project with Banyan Group, Partners with Samsung and Kohler
Malaysia: Tropicana Corp Bhd has signed a partnership agreement with Singapore-based Banyan Group to develop Skypark Kepler, Johor's first branded residential project. With a gross development value of MYR 2.1 billion (USD 0.47 billion), Skypark Kepler will be part of Tropicana's MYR 80 billion (USD 18 billion) Lido Waterfront Boulevard township, spanning 163 acres. The four-acre development will feature two 54-story buildings with 1,596 fully furnished serviced apartment units. The units will range from one to three bedrooms, with built-up areas between 436 and 807 sq ft, and prices starting from MYR 790,000 (USD 178,245), or MYR 1,800 (USD 405) per sq ft. The project is expected to be completed in four to five years.
In a key development, Tropicana Corp also inked brand partnerships with Samsung and Kohler to provide luxury home fittings, appliances, and sanitary wares for Skypark Kepler. The inclusion of these global brands adds a prestigious touch to the project, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality living standards.
Residents of Skypark Kepler will enjoy access to over 40 facilities and can participate in Banyan Group’s rental and management services program, Banyan Living. This platform, set to launch soon, will enable bookings of both branded and unbranded residences without membership requirements. It will also facilitate the rental of Banyan Group's branded residences, as well as properties from other investors and developers.
