Trane Technologies reports fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results

Ireland: Trane Technologies reported its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025, showing year-on-year increases across several indicators. Organic bookings increased by twenty two percent compared with the fourth quarter of 2024, driven primarily by the Americas Commercial HVAC segment, which recorded growth of more than thirty five percent. The company reported a record backlog of USD 7.8 billion at year end, representing a fifteen percent increase compared with the end of 2024, with the Americas Commercial HVAC backlog rising by twenty five percent. Reported revenues for the quarter reached USD 5.1 billion, an increase of six percent, while organic revenues rose by four percent. GAAP continuing earnings per share were USD 2.74, and adjusted continuing earnings per share were USD 2.86, reflecting a ten percent increase.
For the full year 2025, Trane Technologies recorded organic bookings growth of eleven percent compared with 2024, with the Americas Commercial HVAC segment increasing by twenty two percent. Reported revenues for the year totalled USD 21.3 billion, up seven percent, while organic revenues increased by six percent. The company reported a one hundred basis point increase in GAAP operating margin and a ninety basis point increase in adjusted operating margin. Adjusted EBITDA margin reached twenty point one percent, an increase of seventy basis points. GAAP continuing earnings per share were USD 13.14, while adjusted continuing earnings per share were USD 13.06, representing a sixteen percent increase. Free cash flow conversion for the year was reported at ninety eight percent.
