Trane Technologies Expands in Virginia with Damuth Services Acquisition
USA/North America: Trane Technologies has acquired the assets of Damuth Services, Inc., also known as Damuth Trane, a leading regional distributor and service provider of Trane HVAC systems in Coastal Virginia, Northeastern North Carolina, and Bermuda. With this acquisition, approximately 240 Damuth Trane associates joined Trane Technologies as of September 3, 2024. The business will continue operating from its current locations, providing sales, service, and parts.
Holly Paeper, president of Commercial HVAC Americas at Trane Technologies, stated, "We are excited to officially welcome the Damuth associates and customers to the Trane business." Clint Damuth, president of Damuth Services, Inc., expressed pride in their longstanding success, adding, "We are excited about the possibilities this transition will bring to our associates, clients, and the communities we serve for decades to come."
