Trane Signs HVAC Partnership with KSE Across US Venues
USA: Trane has signed a multi-year agreement with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) to become its Climate Innovation partner and official HVAC and thermal management partner. The agreement marks KSE’s first cross-property partnership with a technology provider and extends the existing collaboration between the two companies. It covers SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater and Hollywood Park in California, as well as Ball Arena in Colorado. Trane’s heating and cooling systems and digital services will support infrastructure upgrades, with a focus on reducing energy consumption and emissions.
The partnership aligns with Trane Technologies’ Gigaton Challenge, which aims to reduce customer carbon emissions by one billion metric tonnes by 2030. The company reported a 59% reduction in operational greenhouse gas emissions since 2019 and 44% recycled content across its primary product materials in 2025.
