Trane Expands Monterrey Plant to Boost U.S. AC Production
US: Trane, a leader in air conditioning manufacturing, has announced an 18 million USD expansion of its Monterrey, Nuevo Leon production plant, adding 10,000 square meters of space to focus on producing residential products for the U.S. market. This expansion is expected to increase exports to the U.S. by 40% and create over 200 new jobs in the region. The plant's strategic location will allow for more efficient distribution across the U.S. Previously focused on commercial and light commercial products, the Monterrey plant will now also cater to the residential market.
