Trane Appoints Global Group as Distributor for LEAF Propane Heat Pump

UK: Trane has appointed Global Group as a unitary dealer for its LEAF Inverter propane heat pump, a new air-to-water heat pump that both heats and cools buildings. Tanwir Azam, Equipment Leader at Trane UK, expressed excitement about the partnership, saying, “We are delighted to announce Global Group as a unitary dealer for the Trane LEAF heat pump.” He emphasized Trane's commitment to sustainable heating, adding, “LEAF is the latest innovation in our heat pump portfolio...the ultimate solution to eliminate fossil fuels from your building across all seasons.” 

Nick Masters, Managing Director of Global Group, noted the strong relationship with Trane, stating, “We expect it to be highly popular as businesses look to reduce their carbon emissions.” Trane UK’s Will Hockey presented Masters with a certificate to mark the deal outside Global Group's Swindon headquarters. The LEAF heat pump features an eco-friendly R-290 propane refrigerant, runs on electricity only, and is available for purchase or rental, supporting the shift to low-emission HVAC solutions.
