TOTO Opens New Manufacturing Facility in Georgia

USA: TOTO has inaugurated a new manufacturing plant in Morrow, Georgia, representing an investment of 224 million USD. The facility is part of the company’s Americas growth strategy and will focus on the production of high-end one-piece toilets to meet increasing regional demand. The move also involves shifting a portion of production from Asia to North America, aimed at strengthening supply chains, improving resilience and supporting long-term sustainability objectives.

With the new site operational, TOTO’s production capacity across the Americas is expected to reach around one million units annually, including output from its plants in Lakewood and Mexico. The Morrow facility alone will add capacity for approximately 300,000 units per year, enabling faster delivery to the market and reducing lead times that were previously affected by overseas sourcing.
