Tecumseh and Invotech Sign Global Partnership Agreement

USA: Tecumseh and Invotech have signed a Strategic Global Partnership Agreement aimed at expanding cooperation in the HVAC&R industry. The agreement focuses on accelerating innovation, improving supply chain flexibility, and supporting customers across global markets. The partnership was formalised in the presence of Jay Pittas, Chairman of Tecumseh, Ricardo Maciel, CEO of Tecumseh, and Jo Chen, Chairman and CEO of Invotech.

The collaboration brings together Invotech’s scroll compressor technology and Tecumseh’s application expertise and international commercial network. Both companies stated that the partnership is intended to support the development of HVAC&R solutions aligned with the industry’s transition towards natural and lower-global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants, higher energy-efficiency standards, and more resilient supply chains. The companies also stated that the partnership will focus on expanding access to high-efficiency technologies, strengthening global supply capabilities, and supporting customers across multiple markets.
