TECE GmbH Acquired a Spanish Sanitaryware Firm Absara Industrial S.L.

GERMANY: TECE GmbH has successfully completed the acquisition of Absara Industrial S.L., a Spanish manufacturer of mineral cast sanitary products. Based in Castellón, Valencia, Absara produces a range of products under the Hidrobox brand, including shower trays, bathtubs, and washbasins, which will now be integrated into the TECE Group. This acquisition expands TECE’s product portfolio and supports the company’s move to strengthen its offerings in floor-level shower trays to meet the varying needs of its key markets.
