Systemair Reports Third-Quarter Sales Decline Amid Currency Impact

Sweden: Systemair reported third-quarter net sales of SEK 2,862 million (USD 270 million, EUR 248 million) for the period November 2025 to January 2026, representing a decline of 5.9% compared with the same period last year, mainly due to currency effects. Organic growth during the quarter was 1.0%. Adjusted operating profit reached SEK 199 million (USD 19 million, EUR 17 million), while operating profit totalled SEK 224 million (USD 21 million, EUR 19 million). Profit after tax amounted to SEK 132 million (USD 12 million, EUR 11 million), with earnings per share of SEK 0.63 (USD 0.06, EUR 0.05). Cash flow from operating activities increased to SEK 419 million (USD 40 million, EUR 36 million).
For the nine-month period from May 2025 to January 2026, Systemair recorded net sales of SEK 9,227 million (USD 872 million, EUR 800 million), a decrease of 0.8% year on year. Organic growth for the period was 5.0%. Adjusted operating profit totalled SEK 878 million (USD 83 million, EUR 76 million), while operating profit reached SEK 882 million (USD 83 million, EUR 76 million). Profit after tax stood at SEK 590 million (USD 56 million, EUR 51 million), and earnings per share were SEK 2.83 (USD 0.27, EUR 0.24). Cash flow from operating activities rose to SEK 965 million (USD 91 million, EUR 84 million).
