Sweden: Swegon Group has announced that its current Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Andreas Örje Wellstam, will move to the role of Chief Investment Officer at Investment AB Latour, the company’s owner. In response, the Board of Directors has appointed Eva Karlsson as interim CEO, effective 1 February 2026. Karlsson currently serves as Vice President of the Business Area Air Handling, Cooling & Heating and previously held senior roles in manufacturing, product development and business development. Wellstam will continue his career within the Latour group, which he first joined in 2010 before moving to Swegon in 2012. He has held several management roles within the company and became CEO in 2020. The Board acknowledged his contribution to expanding the size of the group and reshaping its corporate strategy, noting his role in strengthening Swegon’s position in the European indoor climate sector.
