The transaction includes development, manufacturing, and sales of residential air handling units, with Dantherm’s portfolio holding a strong domestic presence and notable international sales potential. The acquisition aligns with Swegon’s long-term strategy to expand its residential segment and broaden its product offering, while Dantherm divests the business to streamline its portfolio. The residential operations will continue from Skive, Denmark, with minimal changes for existing customers and continued service through the same organization.
