Woodland Kitchens achieved the acquisition of JTC Furniture Group, a company with its headquarters in Dundee, through a transaction that was supported by an investment from BGF, a growth capital investor.

JTC is a producer and seller of fitted furniture, with a primary concentration on the social housing and student accommodation industries. The company has around 250 employees in the Dundee area. With the cooperation, Woodland will be able to become one of the major cabinet producers in the United Kingdom, according to reports, which indicates that this acquisition is highly complementary to Woodland.
