Steve Breen Appointed Commercial Director – Europe at Eczacıbaşı Building Products

Europe: Eczacıbaşı Building Products has appointed Steve Breen as Commercial Director – Europe. Breen has over 30 years of experience in the industry, having held senior roles at companies including Ideal Standard, Electrolux, AkzoNobel Coatings, and SITECH UK. He began his career in retail leadership in 1992 and most recently served as Country Director for VitrA UK from July 2022 to January 2025. During his tenure, he expanded the sales team, introduced new retail initiatives, and oversaw product launches.
Hasan Pehlivan, CEO of Eczacıbaşı Building Products, stated that Breen’s knowledge of the business and the European market positions him to support the company’s commercial objectives. In his new role, Breen will be responsible for leading the company’s European commercial strategy and strengthening its market presence across the region.
