Somany Ceramics Reports Strong FY26 Growth, Expands Manufacturing & Solar Investments

INDIA: Somany Ceramics reported a strong financial performance in FY26, with consolidated net profit rising 27.8% year-on-year to US$7.7 million (INR 7,407 lakh), compared with US$6 million (INR 5,798 lakh) in FY25. Consolidated revenue increased to US$291.9 million (INR 280,116 lakh), up from US$278.1 million (INR 266,778 lakh), while earnings per share also improved. In Q4 FY26, consolidated net profit nearly doubled to US$3.9 million (INR 3,740 lakh) from US$1.9 million (INR 1,871 lakh) a year earlier. The company’s cash and cash equivalents increased significantly to US$13.4 million (INR 12,833 lakh), compared with US$6.2 million (INR 5,979 lakh) in FY25. The Board also recommended a US$0.021 (INR 2 per) share final dividend and approved an investment of up to US$0.8 million (INR 8 crore) in associate company Vintage Tiles to support a solar power plant and manufacturing upgrades.Â
