Sila Services Expands Virginia Presence with Acquisition of Davis Heating and Air Conditioning

U.S.: Sila Services has expanded its presence in Virginia, United States, by acquiring Davis Heating and Air Conditioning Company, a residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services provider founded in 1947. The acquisition extends Sila’s footprint across Western Virginia, including the Roanoke, Lynchburg and Danville markets, while strengthening its Mid-Atlantic platform. Davis, with a 78-year legacy, will retain its local identity as part of Sila’s strategy of partnering with established independent businesses and supporting them with operational resources, growth capital and workforce development. The addition also enhances Sila’s service capacity and skilled workforce, further expanding its network of more than 45 home services brands across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest.
