Sila Services Expands in Virginia with Acquisitions of Norfolk Air and Guy Smith

USA: Sila Services, LLC has expanded its presence in Virginia through the acquisition of Norfolk Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical and Guy Smith Heating & Cooling. These companies provide HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across the Hampton Roads region, including Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and surrounding areas. The acquisition aims to enhance service capabilities while maintaining the existing customer relationships and operational standards established by both brands. 

Following the acquisition, Robert Crawford, General Manager of Norfolk Air and Guy Smith, highlighted the opportunity for growth and service expansion under Sila Services. The integration is expected to support workforce development, broaden service offerings, and extend Sila Services' operational reach within Virginia.
