SBH Radiators Sells All its Inventory in an Auction After Shutdown in April

UK: Radiators, a UK manufacturing specialist, entered liquidation in April. Designer radiators worth nearly GBP 333,000 (USD 423,000) are now being auctioned following the company's collapse in Winsford.

Corporate rescue and recovery firm Begbies Traynor has been appointed to manage the winding-up process. Consequently, all stock from SBH Radiators' Winsford Industrial Estate design studio and factory has been removed, and industrial auctioneers Eddisons are handling the sale. The online auction, hosted at Eddisons Auction Centre in Scunthorpe, will conclude on Friday, June 21.

SBH Radiators was known for its modern designs, with some models retailing for up to GBP 1,200 (USD 1520) each. The auction features 500 of their creations, including many high-end models, all available without reserve.

The unexpected liquidation of this well-regarded company, primarily operating in the luxury market, highlights the challenging economic times and tightened consumer budgets.
